Use of washing machines
Only open the washing machine door after the buzzer has sounded.
It is forbidden to wash items that could damage the machines, such as shoes, rugs/carpets, clothes with rubber/plastic, leather/skin, items with heavy metals or flammable substances, bleaching wipes or detergents. Only put on clothes.
Customers should ensure that the pockets of their clothes are empty and free of foreign objects. Check the label on your clothes so you can choose the right programmes.
Using Drying Machines
Check the machines for any residue that could damage your clothes before putting them in.
Do not use the maximum temperature on sensitive parts that could be damaged by the temperature.

Once the washing/drying process is complete, the laundry must be removed. If you are not present, the next customer is authorised to take it out and put it in the baskets provided and proceed with the washing/drying.
Those who have used the washing machines have priority for drying clothes
The laundry is not responsible for damage to clothes caused by improper use of the machines.
The laundry is not responsible for items left or forgotten on the premises.
No refunds are offered, except in cases of technical failure.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Inappropriate or destructive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the premises.
No smoking or eating inside the shop
Problems or faults with the machines should be reported immediately to the staff or via the contacts provided.
The machines are serviced regularly to ensure proper functioning. The laundry reserves the right to close temporarily for maintenance.
The laundry reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the premises and on the website.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the laundry services, customers agree to all the terms and conditions set out above.
These terms can be adapted as required to meet the specific needs of the self-service laundry.
This establishment has a complaints book in accordance with decree no. 156/2005 of 15 September.
